Levistay is India’s dedicated personal luxury hotel curation platform — founded in Rajasthan and expanding systematically across India and beyond. We do not list thousands of properties. We maintain a small, deliberately chosen collection of stays that have earned their place through genuine quality, authentic character and consistent guest experience.

Our guests are discerning, well-travelled international visitors — primarily from the United Kingdom, Western Europe, Australia, the United States and Southeast Asia — who travel to seeking genuine cultural and luxury experiences that no booking engine can identify. They choose Levistay because they want someone with direct, personal knowledge of India’s finest properties to make the recommendation. Someone accountable. Not an algorithm. They arrive at a property having been told by someone with genuine knowledge: this is worth your time and your money.

Our service to guests is completely free — they pay exactly your direct hotel rate, with no markup. Because we function as an extension of your own marketing, we simply work on a performance basis: we only succeed when we send verified guests to your property. These details are managed privately and personally during our onboarding conversation, keeping our focus entirely on a shared, aligned partnership.

It is a genuinely fair question and deserves a direct answer. Traditional luxury travel advisors bring guests who have purchased a complete India itinerary — the hotel is one component of a managed experience. Levistay brings guests who discovered the platform independently through editorial content, researched your property personally and chose it because of what our assessment said about it specifically. These are two different guest profiles. A guest who chose your property themselves — rather than having it selected by an advisor — arrives differently. More curious, more informed, more engaged with the specific character of your property.

The practical difference is simple. Traditional advisor bookings are built on long-standing relationships between the advisor and the hotel. Levistay bookings are built on the guest's own trust in our editorial content. Neither replaces the other. They reach different segments of the same luxury market.

Honestly — some will initially. What is different is everything. We do not sell packages. We do not operate tours. We do not have a database of clients we call with recommendations. We publish editorial content that is discovered organically by guests doing their own research. A guest arriving through Levistay found our property assessment through a Google search or a social share — not through a travel agent they have used for twenty years. That discovery pattern produces a different kind of guest and a different kind of stay. The model may look similar from the outside. The guest experience it creates is genuinely different.

All enquiries from Levistay guests come directly to us — via WhatsApp, phone or email. When a guest is ready to book, we facilitate the connection between them and your property directly. The booking is confirmed between the guest and your hotel in the same way a traditional travel advisor booking is confirmed — personally, directly and without an automated system in the middle. No GDS. No booking engine. No automated confirmation. A real person handling a real booking for a real guest.

No. Levistay does not require exclusive rates, preferential pricing, blocked availability or any arrangement that affects your existing distribution relationships. We work entirely within your existing rate structure. The only thing we ask is that when we introduce a guest who is ready to book — the booking is honoured and the guest is well looked after.

We write the content ourselves — based on direct research of your property, its positioning and its genuine differentiators. We apply our five-point curation test publicly on the page, source verified guest testimonials from TripAdvisor and Google, and present your property in the same editorial format used across our entire collection. You review the content before it goes live. Any factual corrections are made before publication.

When a Levistay guest is ready to book your property, we make the introduction directly — sharing the guest's name, contact details, travel dates and any relevant preferences with your reservations team. From that point the booking is handled directly between your property and the guest in the same way you handle any direct or advisor booking. We follow up after the stay to ensure everything went smoothly. The whole process is personal, transparent and handled between real people.

Yes — and we actively welcome expressions of interest from our Beyond India regions. We curate properties in Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and in future the Maldives under our Beyond Borders collection. Our international guests frequently combine an India journey with a Bhutan mountain experience or a Sri Lanka coastal retreat — making these properties natural extensions of our Rajasthan collection. The same five-point curation standard applies. If your property meets it — we would like to hear from you.

We will tell you honestly — and specifically — which test was not passed and why. Some properties are not currently listed because the pricing does not yet sit within our collection tiers, not because the quality is insufficient. Others may need improvement in a specific area before they qualify. We treat every expression of interest with genuine care and genuine honesty. A conversation is always worthwhile.

Typically two to three weeks from initial expression of interest to live property page — depending on how quickly we can gather the information needed to write the editorial content accurately. We respond to initial expressions of interest within 48 hours. The property page writing and review process typically takes one to two weeks from agreement.
